Secure, Role-Based Access
You Are In Control of Who Sees and Accesses What in the Spitfire Project Management SystemThe Spitfire Project Management System is designed for role-based access control (RBAC). This means that the VP of Project Management can access more of the system than can the Project Managers, and the Project Managers can access more of the system than can the Accountants, or external subcontractors, etc.
A Building Block Approach Everyone in the system starts off with basic permissions. Other permissions (to view, to add, to edit, to delete) are added to roles and those roles are then assigned to the users of the system. Role-based permissions make it easy to change what individuals or group of users can access and do in the system. And those permission can be modified or removed as deemed appropriate.
Benefits of Role-Based Access Control (RBAC)
