Routed Distribution
You Can Easily Route and Distribute Any Document or File through the Spitfire Project Management SystemHow do you get all your project documents and files to all the people on your team who need to see them? Email alone creates unnecessary and potentially confusing copies for each person and, amidst all the other email, might not get seen. And we are past the days of doing everything on paper and having to send hard copies to everyone. The Spitfire Project Management System makes it easy for you to send and distribute all project documents and files to as many people as necessary without creating copies. And you'll know whose Inbox documents are currently at, and who has already reviewed them.
Sequential and Parallel Routing If you need several people to review or take action on a document at the same time, you can route to them all at once. If you need a document to go from person to person, you can route to them in an exact order.
You can even simultaneously route to a group of people, only one of whom needs to take action. When that person does take action, everyone else instantly knows they no longer need to.
In addition, due dates for each person keep documents from languishing and can alert you when someone is holding things up. Internal and External Routing Documents and attached files that are routed to Spitfire users appear right in their Home Inbox.
Need to include someone who isn't a Spitfire user on your distribution list? Not a problem. Documents and attached files that need to go to external project participants are sent via email, as an easy-to-open PDF attachment or individually attached files.
