Use the Spitfire Project Management System to Easily Share All Project Documents with All Project Partipants

Documents in the Spitfire Project Management System are organized by project so that project team members can find and access them easily. All team members with the proper access permissions can open, view and edit documents from project dashboards, the system-wide catalog, or—if the document requires attention—the Home Inbox. Yet, only one person can make changes to the document at one time, ensuring only one "version of the truth". Documents can also be shared with external project participants through email and Microsoft Word or PDF files.

Advantages of Sharing Documents through Spitfire

• Read/write access is determined by person, not by document, so those who are allowed to make changes can, and those who aren't, can't (and those who shouldn't see the document at all, won't)
• Everyone edits or views the same latest version of any document, eliminating confusion
